DeBows UMC is a Christ-centered, Spirit-led church. We have been serving God and our community since 1896 in the Methodist tradition. We proclaim the message of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ; a faith which manifests itself in good works.
Our Mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ by proclaiming Him as Lord and Savior, and led by the Holy Spirit, be His representative in our community.
Our Vision is to transform our community by affording everyone the opportunity to hear the Gospel and experience God’s love by using our God given resources to offer life changing witness. Witness that will:
— Offer Bible-based, Christ-centered worship in diverse and relevant ways to welcome all people in our community.
— Offer relevant outreach programs to extend God’s love beyond our own sanctuary to meet the needs of our neighbors.
