Alpha & Omega by Robbie Trice
This video is a cover of Alpha & Omega, performed by Peter Jay with Grayce Armstrong on keyboard. Enjoy!
Back Story
In 1971, 19-year-old Robbie Trice opened his Bible to Revelations 21 and started reading, singing and playing his guitar. He wrote down the result, a song called “Alpha and Omega.” In 1984, Gaithers heard the song, loved it, covered it, and Capital Christian Music Group copyrighted the work.
Robbie’s song has gone all over the world, with covers both original renditions and using the Gaither tracks. In 2019 Alpha and Omega was covered live at DeBows, thanks to Peter Jay and his band. In 2020, Peter Jay recorded Alpha and Omega, and made a video of it, and thus the song keeps going. Robbie extends his personal thanks, to Peter Jay, for his “great rendition” – it made Robbie’s day {8/22/2020}! I hope it makes your day also. I thank Robbie for this wonderfully inspiring song, and God, the source of all inspiration and blessing.
