Mission Focus – DIAPER DRIVE
April through June 2026
in support of
The Maker’s Place & DeBows Food Pantry
We will be collecting baby diapers & wipes during April, May & June. There is especially a need for size 4, 5, 6, and 7 diapers. The baby diapers and wipes collected will be distributed between clients of our Food Pantry Ministry and The Maker’s Place in Trenton, which is a faith-based nonprofit organization sponsored by United Methodists of Greater New Jersey. Monetary donations will also be accepted for this mission activity. Donated items may be placed in the designated area in the narthex.

DeBows will host a Flea Market on Saturday, May 2 from 8 AM to 2 PM. Table space (no table) for vendors is $15. Please call Sue at 609-631-4306 to reserve a space or for more information.
Volunteers will be needed for setup (starting at 7am) and breakdown at 2pm. Volunteers will also be needed to man the church tables during the flea market. Please contact Sue if you are available to help.

DeBows Food Pantry
DeBows UMC, in partnership with Fulfill (formerly known as “The FoodBank of Monmouth & Ocean Counties”) offers a Community Food Pantry, which is open on the 2nd & 4th Monday each month, 5:45 to 7:45 PM. You may come anytime 5:45 to 7:45 PM. If you have any questions, please call 848-373-8844.
The Food Pantry Ministry serves up to 150 families twice a month. We are extremely appreciative of the volunteers that make our Food Pantry possible, and we welcome anyone interested in getting involved. Please send email to the Food Pantry Team if you need further information or would like to explore ways to help with the Food Pantry ministry.
NOTE: There is a continuous need for reusable shopping bags to facilitate the distribution of food. Any donations of clean, reusable shopping bags would be greatly appreciated. There is a receptacle to place donated bags outside of Fellowship Hall.
